Welcome to the Journal
Most of what we make is for clients: a room, a shoot, a launch. The journal is the part we keep. We travel for the work and sometimes for no reason at all, and the places that stay with us deserve more than a camera roll.
How we write about places
We write the way we shoot: natural light, no gloss. If a bed sags or a lobby tries too hard, we either say so or leave the place out. When a stay is hosted or a piece is paid, the post says so at the top, before the first paragraph.

Why it belongs on a studio site
Atmosphere is our trade. A guide to a Greek island and a styling plan for a dining room draw on the same attention: where the light lands at five, what the table says before the menu arrives, which details a guest remembers a year later. Reading how we see places tells you more about how we would treat yours than any service page can.
A great place makes strangers feel like one table.
If a place you love deserves writing up, or you run one that deserves better imagery, the door is at the bottom of the page.
