We Are One Studio is a photography and film agency for hospitality, culture, travel, and experience-led brands. One team shoots the stills, directs the film, and styles the frame, so everything a brand shows the world speaks one language.
01The studio
One crew, one point of view.
Wesley Campbell
A photographer and director with eight years of commissions across hospitality, travel, and automotive, including work at Aman Resorts properties, Louis Vuitton activations, and Othership. He leads every shoot, stills and film.
Manolya Ardic
An interior designer by training and the studio's stylist and art director. Before the camera comes out she works inside the space, styling it with what the location already holds: its materials, its textures, the landscape outside the window.
Most crews bring gear and leave. We arrive early, style the space from its surroundings, and photograph a place that looks like itself on its best day. The imagery could belong nowhere else, because it is made from where it stands.
"We are one studio." Her interiors and his photography arrive as one offering: one brief, one point of view, one world when the doors open. The name reaches further, the way hospitality always has. A great place makes strangers feel like one table. We are one.

Film
Brand films and social-first video, directed and edited in the same visual language as the stills. One shoot covers both formats.
Styled in Place
Our difference. Manolya styles your space before we shoot it, using natural elements from the location itself, so the imagery ties the brand to the place it stands in.

04Process
How an engagement runs.

Direction
One brief covers stills, film, and styling. We map how the place should feel: the light, the materials, the guest's first hour.

Styling
Manolya dresses the space from the location itself: local materials, seasonal greens, what the landscape offers. The set is the place, sharpened.

The shoot
Wesley shoots stills and film in one visit: launch imagery, website and social assets, a content library the brand keeps drawing on.
